In the proposal, we aim to present a variant that, in our opinion, is the most effective. However, we certainly do not claim that this is the only correct solution and that all other possibilities are wrong. The residents themselves perceive the municipality differently, more intensely, as they are present here every day. We experienced the place only as visitors—albeit as visitors whose profession is to perceive and address urbanism.
The proposal of more specific interventions is preceded by the development of a strategy based on thorough analyses. Changes of an urban character usually cannot be implemented immediately or within a short time frame. A strategy helps ensure that the municipality develops systematically and sustainably, including from a financial perspective. Investments can be planned efficiently, and interventions that might initially seem appealing but ultimately prove insignificant and financially demanding can be avoided. The process should be communicated with the public, which increases trust and helps prevent conflicts.
